Kind of, but they don't really serve gourmet coffee nor charge for it. It's cheap coffee and highly addictive to some people. Most people I know can't live without it, hence why the canadian military actually brought a Tim Hortons with them to Afghanistan. I think thats why the afghan national army doesn't want us to leave, they too became addicted to it.
