Hello everyone.

First a great big thanks to Assaf for this software.

I have a BC886XT and version .9 of the software running under Vista Home Premium SP2

I have been able to get my computer to communicate with my scanner and I can control the scanner via the software.  I can download the information in the scanner into the software and everything was looking good until I tried to download info from RR.  I am able to connect to RR and log into my account but when I try to download a conventional system I get the below error message and I also get this same message after downloading a trunked system and I hit the import button:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I am stuck at this point.  I first thought about buying some commercial software but after reading the forums it seems that Assaf has the best software out there.  I also search the Scan Now forms for help but didn't find my answer.

It sounds like there was a problem installing it. I would try doing a full uninstall and then reinstall because some files didn't get copied over. Also I suggest upgrading to .9G. Hope that helps.

Thank you very much.  Uninstalling and reinstalling worked perfectly.  I can download and program my scanner.   Thanks so very much for the effort you have put into this product and for the assistance you provide.
