Error states login, password or internet connection not working - all ok - I can not import from RR

Are you going through a firewall or proxy?? or are you using a satellite or cell phone ISP?? It looks like an ISP issue.

Firewall with the first connection and laptop/air card(Verizon) on the second

Oh ok thats your problem, I haven't heard of anyone getting this to work with satellite or cell phone ISP providers.

So are you going through a corporate firewall? If you can access the net through IE then freescan should work. Otherwise I can't help you.

Yes - I am going through a corporate firewall and accessing your site with IE8
